My pricing offers your business affordable bookkeeping services with a rate that directly corresponds to your spending and a routine paperwork delivery.
Help me Help you!
Together we will keep your books Beautifully Balanced at a reasonable rate and with optimal support.
Your bookkeeping fee is tied to your monthly expenses. That % is your base fee - and it's up to YOU.
Spending $20K a month and sitting in the tidy 1% lane? That’s $200 base. Easy. From there, you’ll also cover the accounting software costs, payroll if you run it, and you can pay monthly towards your corporate tax return fee so it doesn’t all hit you at year-end.
Fees get reviewed yearly—or sooner if your business takes a big turn (new accounts, growth spurts, chaos injection). Stay organized, stay low. Get messy, pay more. Simple math.
This is my ideal client. They upload their bank & credit card statements each month along with their sales and expense receipts. This allows me to keep their books balanced like clockwork with very little paperwork chasing.
Working with consistent clients allow me more focused time to enhance my skills to better serve their unique business needs.
These accounts have added layers of chaos resulting in extra effort needed to beautifully balance their accounts.
They may be managing multiple bank & credit card accounts, carrying complex borrowing situations, and mixing their personal purchases with their business accounts. They may often fall behind in paperwork spanning several months.
These files are being phased out of my clientele.
They drop this bomb every year, require lots of follow up and chasing and have no interest in changing their habits to monthly record keeping and submissions.
As my clientele fills with those at 1% I will be unwilling to take on these files.

If your expenses put you in the $150–$300 range with me, here’s the truth: most bigger firms won’t even look your way for less than $500 flat, every month. That means you’re either paying double, or more likely, going without a bookkeeper until things “feel worth it.”
And that’s a trap. Going one or two years without clean books usually ends in a tax bill hangover and a bookkeeping disaster that costs way more to fix.
With me, you get in early, pay a fair % that fits your size, and together we grow into higher pricing as your business grows. No one should have to skip proper bookkeeping just because they’re starting small.
